About the Artist

Hello! I'm Madison Bright and I am the artist and maker behind Maddie and the Moon Illustration. My watercolor and ink illustrations are inspired by long walks in nature, delicious food, and inspiring conversations (i.e. the best moments in life). Every item in my shop is designed, printed and packaged by me. It's a one-woman show that I have a fun time running! 

When I'm not working on the shop, I can be found cooking, reading, sewing or exploring the diverse outdoor landscapes in my state. I've taught courses in the Illustration Department at Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and have fun selling products at local makers markets and craft fairs near my home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
